Services are provided "as is" and SeneTek assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

Our services may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate insights and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You acknowledge that:
- Insights are generated automatically and should be verified by a professional before implementation.
- We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., ranking improvements, revenue increases) based on these recommendations.
- You are responsible for any changes you make based on our services.
4. Payment and Refunds
Services are billed as described in our service agreements or pricing pages. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SeneTek and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
